I began drawing as soon as I could hold a pencil. I defiled many a book, as there were times these were the only pages of paper I could find.
Later in life I found that drawing was a form of therapy for me. When I couldn't articulate what I wanted to say, I could draw. When I needed to hide, I could draw. When I was scared, I could draw.
I build, paint, sketch, draw, doodle, and everything else you can imagine in the design and art world. I don't sew. I don't arrange dried flowers. I don't "craft". I have a hot glue gun, but it's never seen a piece of lace or ribbon.
My artwork isn't for the masses. I don't paint pretty pictures of flowers, sunsets, and kittens. My lines are bold, my colors are bright, and my images may offend your delicate side. You may like it, you may not. I can't fix your inability to see good art.
In many ways, a taste for art is like a taste for anything. Like what you like, and if you like what I like, then we can share.
